At SmartRetry, we believe that everyone deserves equal access to financial tools and information. We are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, and we continuously work to improve the experience for everyone.

Digital experiences strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA Compliance, which ensures interactive elements, form elements, and the structure of a page can effectively and consistently provide all visitors to a site.

What measures are used to guarantee the compatibility of assistive speech software for those with a visual impairment?

Appropriate document structure, appropriate language attributes, alt tags, and aria-labels provide well-optimized content. This technical specification will facilitate proper navigation using speech synthesizing software such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack, providing screen reader support for users who rely on these tools.

How can I jump right to the text without tabbing through header menus?

Every page has a skip navigation link at the top. It allows keyboard navigation to bypass the header, menus, logo, and repeated links. This helps to navigate to the main content without navigating first through each menu item, or using a mouse to go through the menu.

Users can share accessibility feedback or suggestions through the listed email address. This feedback can point out problems with older pages or third-party tools that may need further work. Accessibility requests are reviewed as part of ongoing improvements, with a response to these inquiries generally provided within two business days.
